Adams’ Universal ‘Ultra’ Pliers
For six decades Universal Pliers have helped to make light work
of the difficulties of Orthodontic appliance construction.
Now - Universal ‘Ultra’ Pliers diminish further those problems,
and assume an even wider role. Beaks are tool steel inserted, to
assure long life. The implications of this are fully explained in ‘A
Manual of Wire and Metal Forming with Universal ‘Ultra’ Pliers and
Springforming ‘Ultra’ Pliers’ by CP Adams MDS, FDS, DOrth (free
on request with each order.) Square 1mm tips are parallel at 1mm
opening. The accuracy of Universal Ultra Pliers is such that wire
can be held without risk of slipping, and bends of any degree, even
the most acute, can be made with perfect ease and control.

Adams’ Springforming ‘Ultra’ Pliers
These pliers are the companions to the Universal Ultra Pliers, and
have the same fundamental features of precision, elegance and
power. The design and construction of the handles is the same,
so the pliers lie comfortably in the hand, enabling the user to
concentrate fully on each wire bending procedure. Beaks are
21mm/0.83” in length. Both square and round beaks are tool
steel inserted. For use on wire up to .040”/1mm
